Filled up my DCT for the 1st time today, and recorded 196kms on 10.4 litres, giving 18.8kms/L! This has been mainly 2 up to work daily. Is this good or bad?
Its possible that your tank wasnt completely full to start of with......you should get between 23 and 27 some guys get even better consumptions than 27.....
Thats always best to brim the tank yourself.......When ever I buy a vehicle the salesmen are always eager to say they gave you a full tank....most of the time they just put enough fuel in to take the needle to the top but in actual fact the tank could take more......I guess if they save a hundred bucks on each vehicle it reflects better on the income statments....
That does seem a bit too heavy even two up and in traffic so I support Fabian here, it was likely not full before. I would be surprised if you get less than 22-23 km/l at the next fill.

That doesn't sound right at all.
My first full tank I got 27km/l most of that was 2 up. But with my wife on the back I ride like I'm driving Miss Daisy.
My last tank I did some top speed testing (a lot of it ) and I got around 22km/l. (if I remember correctly now)
I'm convinced that if you have a careful right hand you can beat 30km/l. But you might fall asleep.
First fill up for me yesterday. Did 301 km's off 11.7 litres, giving me 3.9 l per 100 km's, or 25.64 km's/ L. Not bad considering the engine is running in and 250 km's of those 301 were 2- up riding!
Last weekend I was fortunate enough to have a "biker weekend" with some friends. We went through to Bethlehem in OFS on Friday and then through to Clarens on Saturday. We took mainly back roads through the Vaal dam etc. My NC was packed - two panniers full to the brim, one topbox full to the brim too with quite a bit in the tankstorage box -and then me and my wife . We were riding with friends. He has a 1200GS. At the petrol station when filling up. The NC had used just over 10 litres, the GS gobbled up a solid 14 litres. Hehe..... My NC was surprising - performed like a dream and I never felt that she was battling under the load. If anything, there could be a little more space for my wife with the panniers attached. But overall we had a great weekend.

Ek moet saam stem, baie goed. Het gister middag vol gemaak. Vanaf die laaste vol maak het ek alleen gery, werk en terug, net in "S" en hard gery om te toets. Gisteraand toe uitgewerk op 19 km/l. Gewoonlik in "D" kry ek so 22-23km/l. So daar is n verskil, maar ek moet erken in "S" voel die Integra baie meer opwindend veral met die nuwe pyp wat so knor.
