Just got a verbal quote of 120k for 2016 NC750X DCT!! I can't believe it! This is the bike that once broke all rules and allowed so many to be on two-wheels... guess Honda has lost its plot once again...
I have an email from Honda SA stating the "suggested retail price" for the DCT is ±R110k. But at the time of the email they were still unavailable in SA.
Can we open discussion on the 2017 NC750? Firstly, I'd like to state that Honda offers a pittance for a trade-in. Admittedly my 2013 NC has 50000km on the clock - but I reckon people buy NC's because they like to ride. The new price is R110000 plus on the road charges of R1500(?)

How much trade in did they offer?
Almost sounds like Honda does not trust it's own product ? Thanks for asking the question ryc, I think many of us would like to know.
I think we should also use this thread to state exactly what Honda is prepared to offer for our bikes at specific odometer readings.

For my 2013 NC700X with 50000km and rear tyre to be replaced, I was offered R30000. Mekor Unhlanga discounted selling price was R105000. Honda Tygervalley wants R111000. Honda Canal Walk refuses to sell at R105000.
