Good Morning or whatever time it is in your beautiful country, I am from UK I am 66 years old and have just in the last year returned to bike riding after 42 years and what a staggering difference in technology and design, the power of these modern bikes is amazing, I must say it was a little scary to say the lest on my first test ride a CB500X I can ride full size bikes without all the driving tests because I passed test about 200 years ago when there a lot less cars on the road, why did the Government allow this? but after test ring the bike for about 3 hours ( I was told quite clearly 1 hour but if I'm buying anything I do what I want not what they want) came back with the best grin on my face for a long time, the wife had been putting me off buying a bike for several years but when I retired I got part of my private pension back in cash so she did not have much say anymore.
I bought the CB500X but within a month I had got tired of the high revving and noisy engine I thought it was going to blow up any minute, so back to dealers the New Honda NC750X had just that day come in stock, as you know it's the same bike but with the Jazz engine in it, I lost a bit of money as you do when changing bikes, I have done over 7000 miles on it and I love the bike it's very forgiving when I make yet another stupid mistake, good on fuel, everything about bike is suited to me, I've dropped it a couple of time doing slow maneuvers and it just spat me off without damage to me or bike, yes I have crash bars on front and back.
Anyway I will try and join in the Forum please forgive me if I say anything not quite PC we cannot say anything in UK before someone takes offence, even when you fart people are quick to complain and Feekin is-- Well---Jail-able !!!
Peace be with you All
Ride Safe But Enjoy
