So far seems as if the Integra will still stay with the original motor. Oh well I will not be thinking of changing for the sake of those few extra horses even if they bring it out later. Then again if they should ever think about 900cc in the scoot, now that's something to think abaout.
To my mind seat comfort is far more important than a bigger engine........ I actually thought that better seats on these bikes would be one of the first improvements by Honda

That is how it goes. Manufacturers will continue to develop new products or improve existing ones to keep up to date and to boost their sales. 6 months after I bought my Ipad Apple released an improved version.
If one continues to wait for the improved products you will wait forever and forget to enjoy what is available now. Soon you will realize that you are waiting most of your life and forget to live.
I bought my NC700 and use it for what it is - just a motorbike! I plan to drive it for 5-6 years and then I will see what is available. At that time there is probably going to be a much better one than the NC750!
Of course, one can try to keep up to date with the new products by constantly buying the newer ones. But IMHO that is a waste of money, especially when it is not a big improvement.
On the NC750 there is an increase of 75cc (11% increase), but only a 6% increase in power. I doubt whether you are going to feel that under normal riding conditions.
So is it worth upgrading to the NC750? I don't think so. Maybe over a few years when there is an even better one (start saving for that one). In the meantime: ENJOY THE RIDE!
Well, according the the link the NC700 engines get "bored out" an extra 4mm for the gain of an extra 75cc, which I don't like at all. If these engines indeed get "bored out" by 4mm to achieve the additional capacity, it means that it might not be possible to re-bore the piston sleeves whenever it is needed again. Which means that a major engine overall at a high mileage engine might be extremely expensive.
To my knowledge a 2mm bore is usually the max on any given engine.

The price tag is really going to determine whether the new NC is also a winner in sales. With the current NC one could get a good, versatile and economical bike for under 70K. But if the new NC's price is much higher it will come closer to competitors like the BMW gs or other brands, and IMHO you will get people who will buy the other brands instead of the NC.
